About

Gardening help that meets you where you are

Hannah's Plants is built for everyday backyard gardeners — not just the ones who already know their soil pH by heart. Whether you want step-by-step guidance or full control, the goal is the same: a healthier garden with less guesswork.

🛠️ Garden Designer

Straight into drawing your bed to the exact inch, placing exactly what you want, and adjusting the calendar yourself. The default starting point, best if you already know roughly what you're doing.

🌱 Guided Mode

A short set of questions — your zone, your light, what you want to grow — turns into a starter bed shape, a plant list suited to your conditions, and a calendar to keep it alive. Best if you're newer to gardening or just want a fast, sensible starting point.

Where things stand

Hannah's Plants is in early preview, currently living on a page of lummusinc.com while it works toward its permanent home at hannahsplants.com. Here's the honest state of things:

Live now
Garden Designer — draw a bed (rectangle, square, or circle) to the inch, from 1"×1" up to 30ft×30ft, or type in exact dimensions.
Live now
Plant Library & Companion Guide — a starter set of common vegetables, herbs, and flowers with zone, soil, and pairing guidance, growing over time.
Live now
Calendar — watering, fertilizing, weeding, health-check, and harvest reminders generated from what you've actually planted, saved in your browser.
Coming next
Accounts & cross-device sync — so a saved garden follows you between your phone and computer instead of staying in one browser.
Coming next
Garden sharing — invite friends or family to view or collaborate on a garden, once accounts are in place.
Planned
AI photo analysis — upload a picture of a plant, pest, or problem area for an AI-assisted diagnosis, once Hannah's Plants has its own home and login system.

A quick technical note

Right now, your gardens are saved in your browser's local storage on this device — nothing is sent to a server yet. That means clearing your browser data will clear your saved gardens too, and a garden built on your phone won't show up on your laptop. That changes once accounts arrive.
